Infant Program
Our Infant Program is available to children beginning at 6 weeks old and provides playful activities based on lesson plans from Infant Program Curriculum. Activities include sign language, sensory play, art and music along with read-aloud books.
With Our Infant program, your baby will be paired with a primary teacher who will provide personalized attention and nurture them through every milestone while having fun.
Creative Learning
Every day reveals an exciting new world for your baby. Learning and development starts long before birth and accelerates rapidly afterwards. Therefore, infants must continually build knowledge and connect new ideas to what they already know and do.
Our Curriculum for infants nurtures and supports the development of abilities that your baby needs to succeed in learning, literacy, and life.
An important first step in development for newborns includes organizing their body functions. Their bodies must learn to control systems that were controlled by their mothers during pregnancy, such as breathing, skin color, temperature, and digestion. Our trained teachers understand these key areas and create a safe environment for these babies to feel safe and develop a trust relationship.
Key Focus Areas
Safe and Secure Environment — Where your child can learn and grow, and families can rest assured that the appropriate security, monitoring and safety standards are in place. Relationship-building experiences like holding, cuddling, and feeding teach babies that they will be protected, cared for, and loved.
Social and Emotional Development — A safe and comforting place that focuses on love and trust. Listening to voices and looking at faces are important for the social and emotional development of newborns
Language Development — Sign Language techniques to help children maximize their initial communication skills
Physical Development — Stimulating little physical activities thought the day help little ones to develop physically and grow stronger
Daily Parent Reports — We send out pictures, small videos and information about all activities through out the day through our Brightwheel App to parents to keep them informed about their child’s daily activities and feel connected even when child is at our center.
